You might question the concept of vegan lasagna and I wouldn’t blame you.  Vegan food has come a long way but I’ve never been a fan of vegans’ failed attempt at replicating cheese.  That is until now.  Say hello to Vegan Sunday Supper and its inspired plant-based ready-to-bake lasagna.

The mantra here is simple.  Sometimes we all get too busy to eat well.  So, when you have dinner covered, in this case a hearty vegan lasagna, you and your friends can relax while changing the world one plant-based meal at a time.

FYI, Pulled Oats® are a combination of oats, faba beans, pea protein, and salt that manages to replicate the consistency of meat. The lasagna comes ready to bake and in approximately an hour’s time, you will have a hearty and delicious plant-based lasagna that tastes good and is good for you.

Vegan Sunday Supper was created by Founder Richard Klein, a sought-after brand strategist, and a committed advocate for promoting global equality. Vegan Sunday Supper is a project of passion for Klein who transitioned to a plant-based diet 15 years ago when he found himself constantly trying to recreate delicious vegan versions of the dishes he loved growing up, including lasagna.

Klein eventually teamed up with Italian American Chef Vincent Giovanni, the chef that created Laurel Hardware’s bona fide pizza program. Klein and his new Vegan Sunday Supper culinary family came together and cooked up a delectably delicious 100% Plant-Based Lasagna. This lasagna is a completely new take on the traditional sausage recipe, with sweet peppers and vegan cheeses, but there is a very special secret ingredient, Pulled Oats®, which makes this Lasagna just as satisfying and delicious as a traditional meat Lasagna, without the meat.

Vegan Sunday Supper will donate 25% of its profits to Support + Feed, a non-profit organization created during the pandemic by Maggie Baird (actress, voice artist, screenwriter), while fighting climate change one meal at a time.
