The concept behind Rock House Sliders where the burgers are small but are definitely packin’ isn’t too ambitious or grandiose. “Keep it simple” – that’s their motto with a menu that offers sliders, shakes and fries.

Having created bite-sized hearty offerings with a fierce flavor, the powers that be are looking to satisfy proving that bigger isn’t always better.

“We created flavorsome sliders with big taste—the kind of taste that warps the space time continuum for a few brief, incredible moments.”

While that may be a bold statement, the proof is in the tasty bite-sized sliders that definitely please.  And there is plenty to choose from to get your grub on.

The Boston Mushroom with its 2oz Angus beef patty with truffle sauce, Swiss cheese, grilled mushrooms, grilled onion and relish is so flavorful and tasty. This is a small burger with a big taste.

Likewise, the Chipotle Barbecue Ranch with a 2oz Angus beef patty, Chipotle barbecue sauce, Swiss cheese, frizzled onions, pickles and shredded lettuce was deliciously solid. I just loved its BBQ taste.

The Kick My Boss with beef patty, hot buffalo sauce, American cheese, jalapeños, shredded lettuce, relish, shaved onions and tomato is a spicy treat. Spicy, I’ll say it again.

Sides are a must-have at Rock House Sliders. They’re almost reason enough for a visit. Where to begin? The Rockin’ Messy Fries with skin on fries drizzled with chopped jalapeños, beef bacon bits, natural cheddar cheese, frizzled onions and RHS secret house sauce is an epic, hearty dish. It’s just not right to call this is side.

Not to be outdone, the Cheesy Tots with in-house made crispy cheesy potato tots served with Chipotle dip are so addictive. And the Buffalo Maple Chicken with crispy chicken strips with sticky maple buffalo sauce served with cool Ranch dip is just plain damn good!  I want some right now.

When it comes to dessert drinks and treats, well, get ready because the Messy Oreo mini shake is so good. It tastes just like cake batter. And the Chocolate and Peanut Butter shake is a winner. But the sweet standout is the Red Lava Ice Cream with red velvet waffle cone filled with activated black charcoal and chocolate hazelnut. It may not be the prettiest but it’s a grand slam in dessert decadence. We were definitely happy campers finishing our feast with this ice cream cone goodness.

At Rock House Sliders, a Kuwaiti burger chain with ten locations throughout Kuwait with plans to expand throughout Los Angeles, the sizes may be small but the taste and flavor is supersized and then some.
