VIRTUAL TRAINER SCOTT HERMAN
WANTS YOU TO BE A ‘10’ IN 2018

www.scotthermanfitness.com

An avid workout fiend, Scott Herman first gained attention as a cast member of MTV’s “Real World: Brooklyn.” The show’s ‘fit guy,’ Herman has been a gym rat since the age 12. And now, as a virtual trainer via his very own site, the New Hampshire native is out to get the worldwide web fit.

Featured in Men's Health "Best Abs” spread, Scott Herman has over 24,000 subscribers and over 2.5 million video views to his online workouts.

“I’ve worked at a gym since I was 14-years-old,” Herman points out, “and I was the general manager for a while, and I had to turn people away who couldn’t afford training so I wanted to develop a platform where they could at least find something to learn and they didn’t have to give up on their goals.”

Most recently, Herman, a certified personal trainer, has launched his very own online show called “Beat Me Down,” a unique way to teach fitness to the world while Scott suffers for your entertainment.

“When it comes to fitness, misery loves company and my close friend Sean Seaberg, a very talented personal trainer, has put together workouts that will challenge me to my limits.” Herman explains. “Sean and I plan to cover ALL aspects of fitness: toning, muscle gain, sport specific…everything!”

With new subscribers to the Scott Herman Fitness program joining everyday, Scott’s goal is to make you a ‘10’ in 2014.

“I have workouts for beginners and people who are advanced; workouts for at home and workouts for the gym. People go to the gym and they don’t know anything about fitness and they think that just joining the gym is going to make them lose weight. And they’re there for a month or two months and they’re not working out properly and they don’t get any results so they quit. They don’t know what to eat before they go to the gym and they end up burning up muscle tissue and don’t have enough energy and they don’t like being sore.”

Determined to teach people how to workout and eat properly to get the most out of themselves, Herman’s site even offers a Meal Plan to show you exactly how to eat to meet your goals, teaching you when to eat your protein and when to have your carbs and when to have your fat throughout the day.

A 25-year-old with a body to die for, watching Herman workout via his new “Beat Me Down” program or though his numerous posts on his YouTube channel, you know he works extremely hard to maintain his physique which should serve as motivation to anyone who wants to get in better shape. And just want exactly motivates Scott Herman?

“My motivation stems from wanting to get better and better over time. I like going to the gym the way some people are adrenaline junkies. I get a rush from going to the gym and getting a pump and lifting a ton of weight. I love the feeling of being strong and powerful and do things people don’t think I could do. I love that I can do things that people think are impossible.”

If you want to get fit, look and feel your best and you hate the gym experience, or you just don’t have enough time to get to the gym or presently can’t afford the costs, give Scott Herman Fitness a try as you’ll find workouts for all body types. You definitely won’t look like Scott overnight, not even in several months, if ever, but you’ll definitely get the most out of yourself. As Scott likes to put it:

“If you pay attention and listen and take the time to do the work you’ll reach your goal.”
