BRIO TUSCAN GRILLE

A casual, white tablecloth restaurant serving authentic, northern Italian cuisine, BRIO features wood-grilled and oven-roasted steaks, chops and seafood, similar to what one would find in an authentic ristorante in Tuscany. Using only the finest and freshest ingredients bringing the pleasure of the Tuscan country villa to the old world style of Town Square, the 9,400-square-foot restaurant boasts an exhibition-style kitchen and a 35-foot replica of the façade of the Roman Colosseum.

Recommended starter items include the Smoked Chicken Bruschetta, as well as the Margherita Flatbread, made with fresh mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes and fresh basil…they’re just perfect for sharing.

The Lobster Ravioli with Limoncello Butter Sauce is decadently delicious, and the   Grilled Shrimp & Orzo, prepared with spicy jumbo shrimp served with orzo, grilled asparagus, zucchini, tomatoes and lemon vinaigrette, is wonderful healthier and guilt-free option.

With a wide range assortment of treats and desserts, I found the Butterscotch Pecan Bread Pudding so wonderfully over-the-top.

BRIO is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Happy hour features $2.95 appetizers Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday through Thursday from 9 p.m. to close. Call 702-914-9145 for more information.
