TACOS & BEERS RULE AT
ALL SEASON BREWING

Maybe it was people clamoring from some semblance of normalcy again but when All Season Brewing opened at the corner of La Brea and Eighth Street, it became an instant hot spot.  Nowadays people lineup for 90 minutes of beer, tacos and cocktails.

The former Firestone Tires shop has been transformed into a cool and hip Miracle Mile destination offering laidback outdoor seating for some fun in the sun. The hearty eats come courtesy of Chicas Tacos who offer tacos, burritos, nachos, pizzas and plant-based offerings, and the beer and cocktails are from the All-Season Brewing powers that be.

For the last five years, Chicas Tacos has been serving fresh and healthy versions of So Cal street food, not to mention Michelin award-winning flour tortillas. With locations at Beverly Grove / WeHo, as well as Culver City, taco options include steak, slow-braised steak, chicken, fish, pork, jackfruit, and Impossible. Believe me, the tacos do not disappoint. And the nachos, fries, and pizzas are great for sharing.

Draft cocktails perfect for day drinking include Tommy’s Margarita, Mezcal Paloma, Vodka Collins, and a Mojito. Other day drink options include a Daiquiri, Rickey, and Moscow Mule. Boozier menu libations include a Manhattan, Sazerac, Martini (gin or vodka), Penicillin, Negroni, and Whiskey Sour.

At All Season Brewing, where you have 90 minutes to indulge, the quality of the drinks whether beer or cocktails is what it’s all about.

“Even though we’re a brewery, we’re a bar first. That’s what we know and what we’re good at. Our full bar features the Dirty Dozen. On draft, we have cocktails, wines, cider, and house-made ginger beer. We make classic, simple cocktails with fresh juice, great ice, and good booze.”

While the space is crowded, it still feels safe as tables are set 8 feet apart. There’s no wait staff so you have to get in line to order eats and drinks but there are social distancing “stand here” markers set up to keep things safe. FYI, there is a 90-minute table limit, there are no reservations as it’s first come first serve, there is no switching tables, and the place is 21+ after 7:30 pm.

All Season Brewing is located at 800 S. La Brea Avenue. Open daily. Mon-Wed 3pm to 11pm; Thurs 3pm to 12am; Fri and Sat 12pm to 12am; Sun 12pm to 10pm. Parking is available at Wilshire La Brea Parking Garage (entrance at 8th Street): $5 for two hours with validation.
